I had Sema Roofing replace my roof just prior to selling  my home.  I was out of town the first day they were on the job.  In  ONE day they had taken off TWO layers and replaced damaged parts of the wood  that needed to be replaced, this was done in ONE DAY!!  The next day he  came out and told me they would finish the job and have everything cleaned up  and I thought maybe the next day but not the second day.  Well to  my surprise the job was done the second day, the nails were picked up by an  ingenious magnet tool and

the trash hauled away never knowing he was there,  except for the beautiful

roof!

When the windstorm blew the top 30 ft of a fir tree onto the garage roof, I called several roofing companies. I wanted a company that would work with me and let me know what would be happening. SEMA ROOFING EXPERTS were bonded, insured and licensed (the only one of four companies). Sergio explained the work they would do, what all was included and showed me different roofing styles and material. He also explained what material would work best on the type of roof I had. He encountered a problem with wet spots due to no vent in the garage and explained to me what would happen without being vented. The cost of the vent and installation was inexpensive and I have already noticed a difference (no musty smell). Well worth the price.

Sergio and his crew tore off and replaced a portion of gutter and the roof which was 56 feet in length within a day. The clean up was over and beyond what I expected. Sergio and his crew did an excellent job. I feel I could have left the house wide open for their use without missing a single item. I trust this crew and have recommended them to others in need of a roof.
